I can still vividly remember the first time I sat on a horse. I was maybe 5 or 6 years old, still in kindergarten. My sister had been riding several times before – and then I stood there, a little dwarf, in front of a mighty Haflinger. I was in awe, but being up on the horse felt like the greatest thing in the world. Almost 35 years later, that memory is still vivid. And we want to give you those truly memorable moments with our top 5 riding stables.

Zieglinde has a few tips for riding:
- Pony rides from 3 years – ideal for first attempts at riding.
- Riding strengthens self-confidence and closeness to the horse – it connects.
- Indoor riding or trail ride? Choose your individual family adventure.
