Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation conditions: There is no right of cancellation according to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Clause 10 of the Federal Act on the Promotion of Hoteliers (FAGG). Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply:
- Up to 3 months before the arrival date: 20% of the total price
- Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 70% of the total price
- Up to 1 week and in the case of cancellation within the last week before arrival: 100% of the total price

Our farm is situated in a beautiful, secluded location at the foot of the idyllic village of Straden. Between the thermal baths of Bad Radkersburg and Bad Gleichenberg.
Arrival by car:
From Vienna via the A2 (Southern Motorway), exit Ilz, then continue via the B66 (Riegersburg)-Feldbach-Bad Gleichenberg. Continue past the Straden junction towards Mureck and through the village of Wieden. From the edge of Wieden, continue for another 500 meters, then turn left onto Domberg "Landhaus Bender".
Now it's only a few hundred meters to our house.
From Graz via the A9 (Phyrn Autobahn), take the Vogau/Strass exit and follow the B 69 towards Bad Radkersburg. From the Gosdorf railway crossing, turn left and continue driving towards Straden. From the edge of Hart, continue for another 500 meters, then the turnoff to Domberg "Landhaus Bender" comes on the right. Now it's only a few hundred meters to our house.
By train: Feldbach train station or Spielfeld train station (pick-up by taxi)
By plane: Graz Thalerhof Airport, by train from Graz main station or by rental car.
