The Stiedlhof is the ideal starting point for hiking, exploring the mountains by bike and ending the day with a dip in the cool water on the private beach. In winter, the slopes and cross-country trails can be conquered.

It is located on the edge of the forest on the sunny side of Achenkirch and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the Tyrolean Alps. The property area with garden and large sandpit is fenced and is available for exclusive use.

The house offers 140 square meters of living space and 500 square meters of property and can accommodate 8 guests.
On the ground floor you will find a guest toilet, a cloakroom, the kitchen and the spacious living and dining area. From the kitchen and living room you have direct access to the garden, which invites you to linger with its Napoleon kettle grill and large sandpit. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with plenty of storage space, a family room with a solid wooden bed (200cm x 200cm), a room with a box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) and a bunk bed room (180cm x 200cm). The balcony can be accessed from all bedrooms.
There are 4 parking spaces available on site. The lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The bus stop to reach the nearby lift is a 5-minute walk away.

The Stiedlhof and the private beach are welcome to be visited. In winter, the nearby cross-country ski trail is ideal for cross-country skiing.

🌲 Hike to the Gaisalm – directly from the farm
A very special nature experience awaits you – start your hike to the picturesque Gaisalm directly from our farm!
Directions:
From the farm you can easily walk towards Lake Achensee and follow the path along the west bank towards the south. The path leads you through shady forests, past impressive rock faces and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise lake. The route is well marked and a true classic among Achensee hikes.
Destination – Gaisalm:
The Gaisalm is a rustic alpine hut directly on the lakeshore – only accessible on foot or by boat. There you will find regional delicacies, cool drinks and a sunny terrace with a unique panoramic view.
Details about the hike:
🕒 Walking time: approx. 2–2.5 hours (one way)
🥾 Difficulty level: easy to medium (sturdy shoes recommended)
🚢 Tip: If you want to shorten the way back, you can take the Achensee boat back (Gaisalm landing stage)
