Welcome to Motzenhof and feel "at home"!
Our well-kept farm is located in the center of the marble village of Adnet. We offer three luxuriously furnished holiday apartments in a modern-rustic style with a high level of comfort in our newly built apartment house (2020). Worth a trip in both summer and winter!
Your children can expect a small holiday paradise with lots of animals to get to know and a variety of indoor and outdoor play opportunities.
We would like to offer you an insight into our modern and innovative dairy farming. You can tap fresh milk around the clock from our milk vending machine.
Our farm is the perfect starting point for excursions into SalzburgerLand. The TOP 10 excursion destinations of the cultural city of Salzburg are quickly accessible from us - only 20 km away.
The SalzburgerLand offers a wide range of excursion destinations in the surrounding area for active people, connoisseurs or history fans. Countless hiking opportunities, bathing lakes, ski resorts, the Eisriesenwelt, the salt mine, the Hohenwerfen adventure castle, the Celtic Museum in Hallein and much more can be reached quickly by car and are worth a day trip.
But there is also a lot to discover in Adnet! A rare natural experience awaits you in the midst of an impressive mountain panorama. The town of Adnet became known worldwide for its marble. A special highlight for the whole family are the alpaca hikes that are offered in our village.

The (really) very comfortable sofa bed in the living area offers additional space for 2 people (1.60m x 2m). Pleasant underfloor heating everywhere. Our holiday apartment is on the first floor and has a very spacious balcony (20 m²) with a wonderful view of the impressive mountain panorama.

We are committed to HAY milk farmers and consciously avoid silage feeding. The well-being of our cows is very important to us, so we have invested a lot in cow comfort in recent years. And of course you can taste that in the milk! Our milk has a full-bodied, slightly sweet taste. It's worth trying! You can "tap" fresh milk around the clock from our milk vending machine. We offer homemade products for sale.
Our happy chickens have a free-range enclosure and have a delicious breakfast egg ready for you every day! Let this taste experience convince you.
