The advantages of a "feel-good farm"
Feeling comfortable on holiday is a fundamental requirement for all guests of a working farm holiday. Some hosts offer special highlights beyond the classic farm holiday, such as a wide selection of regional, homemade dishes and comfortable amenities including wellness facilities. We want to highlight these farms with our certification. Our "feel-good" farms go a step further, ensuring a truly relaxing farm holiday – culinary, physical, and mental.
Criteria for the "Feel-Good Farm" certificate

Homemade products can be purchased at the farm, either in the farm shop or as part of the meal.
quiet location
The farm is located in a quiet area. Neither road nor aircraft noise disturbs the feeling of well-being.
Wellness offer
A sauna, massages, a whirlpool or other wellness facilities are available on the farm or in the immediate vicinity.
Catering
Basic meals are provided. In addition to breakfast, at least one other meal is served.
A truly welcoming farm must first and foremost see itself as an agricultural holiday oasis . Only when this is explicitly stated does certification offer added value. For us, objectively verifiable facts are what determine whether a farm is classified as a welcoming farm. The prerequisites for this are:
- Homemade products can be consumed on the farm, either in the farm shop or incorporated into meals.
- The farm is located in a quiet location (no aircraft noise, no busy road).
- Wellness facilities are available directly on the farm or in the immediate vicinity (either massages, sauna, infrared cabin or whirlpool).
- Several meals are offered daily, for example half board.
Furthermore, all certified holiday farms must operate an active, organic, or sustainable agricultural program . Numerous negative reviews can also preclude certification, especially if they contradict the certification criteria.
The certification is valid for 24 months .

To ensure the accuracy of the information and a high level of certification quality, there is a multi-stage verification process. This process is as follows:
- Confirmation of the truthful information by the host in the system.

How can my farm become a feel-good farm?
A Premium PLUS listing is required for the certification application. This can be booked directly through the system. Afterwards, all data required for both the listing on bauernhofurlaub.info and the certification process must be entered in the administration area . The system then confirms the accuracy of all data entered . The bauernhofurlaub.info editorial team will then review the application within two business days. If the required criteria for the "Feel-Good Farm" certification are met, the farm will receive the award on bauernhofurlaub.info as well as the certification package.
