Description Farm holidays
Nestled in the heart of the Leogang Mountains lies Weißbachgut, a small, family-run 4-flower farm in the Salzburg Pinzgau region. Located in a sunny and central location, you can reach the Steinbergbahn cable car in just 5 minutes on foot, while the Asitzbahn cable car with the popular Leogang bike park is about 1.3 km away. The train station is also within a 10-minute walk, ideal for car-free travel. The Leoganger Steinberge cycling and hiking network also starts directly at the farm.
Your holiday apartment
Three comfortable holiday apartments (35 to 65 m²) are available:
- Asitz: Living room/kitchen, two separate bedrooms, sunny south-facing balcony with views of the Pinzgau mountains
- Birnhorn: fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is a children's room with bunk beds, ideal for families
- Sepp's Studio: cozy studio in a quiet attic, perfect for couples or solo travelers
Each apartment includes a bread roll service, ski boot dryer, barbecue fireplace with seating area and deck chairs in the garden, as well as a bicycle garage. Upon request, the family will provide you with a platter of farm-fresh products such as cheese, honey and jam upon arrival, and Henriette the hen provides a fresh breakfast egg in the morning.Real Farm Life
The Weißbachgut is an organic farm with sustainable agriculture. Rabbits, chickens, cats, cows and sheep enjoy being petted, and anyone who wants to can help with the hay harvest. The farm shop offers homemade products such as brandies, meat, herbs, jams and juices.
For children and active people
The playground with swings, slide, sandbox and trampoline provides entertainment, in addition to loan games and a herb garden. You can safely store your skis and bicycles in the heated room; a boot dryer is available. Your dog is very welcome at Weißbachgut.
Saalfelden Leogang Card included
Each guest receives the Saalfelden Leogang Card free of charge for the duration of their stay, which includes, among other things:
- one free daily ascent and descent with the Asitzbahn or the Saalbach Hinterglemm mountain lifts, including mountain bike transport
- free city bus Saalfelden
- free entry to the swimming pools in Leogang, Saalfelden and at Ritzensee
