Description Farm holidays
The Oberötzbauerhof is located at 650 meters above sea level on the southern slope in the middle of apple orchards and vineyards. Our fruit and wine farm has a wonderful view of the spa town of Merano and the Adige Valley. Here our guests have an optimal starting point for various activities: culture, relaxation, sport. In the middle of our orchards and wineries you can enjoy the peace and nature. You are welcome to leave your car behind during your holiday on our farm: there are wonderful hiking opportunities from our farm. There is also a bus every hour to Meran from Thurnstein Castle, which is about a 15-minute walk from us. The ideal holiday destination for those seeking relaxation who would like to relax in the Merano thermal baths; for nature lovers who want to enjoy the gardens of Trauttmannsdorf or for hikers who want to explore the Texel group via the Meraner Höhenweg or the Meraner Waalwege. We would be happy to provide you with hiking tips.
