Description holiday farm
Our holiday farm is in a wonderful, secluded location, right at the foot of the Grünten (1738 m), our local mountain.
Our small town Wagneritz belongs to the municipality of Rettenberg in the Oberallgäu district.
With us you spend a holiday on the farm in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful nature, meadows and forests. There are hiking trails and cross-country ski trails right from the house. The nearest ski area is only 3 km away. Thanks to its central location, all excursion areas in the entire Allgäu can be easily reached.

LIVING AND EATING
From the cozy living room with integrated kitchenette you have direct access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a beautiful dining area made of real wood and a comfortable pull-out couch. A flat screen with SAT/TV, a compact stereo system and free WiFi are also available.
In the spacious hallway you have plenty of storage space for your luggage. From here you can easily access all rooms and have plenty of space for your utensils.
Kitchen equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, hand mixer, kettle, kitchen scales, baking paper, salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets, filter paper for the coffee machine.

SLEEPING IN A COUNTRY HOUSE STYLE
In the bedroom there is a double bed and a rustic farmhouse cupboard. You have a wonderful view of the Grünten summit straight from bed. There are two single beds in the children's room.
