On our lands, we grow cereals and fodder to feed our animals; we raise buffaloes in large open spaces; we manage the production of their milk in a state-of-the-art stable; and we raise Maremma cows in the wild, preserving this native species, for a limited production of meat;
In our dairy we process buffalo milk, exclusively corporate, to obtain high quality cheeses. We also deal with the sale of our products both directly, in our stores, and through distribution to shops and restaurants.

Family business
Razza del Casalone was in 1700 a place for changing horses, inherited by Marcello Pallini from his uncle Ponticelli and for many years it was a racehorse breeding farm. In 2000 Marcello with his wife Diana renovated it into a griturismo with 12 apartments and two years an internal restaurant: since 2012 it has been owned by the children Guido and Matidia, who manage it together with their mother.
