High above the village of Andenhausen in Thuringia, the Katzenstein towers, surrounded by forests, fields and the historic buildings at Katzenstein. Here you stay in quaint holiday apartments with charm and history, overlooking the green Thuringian landscape. The Burgbauernhof is a farm with animal husbandry and traditional agriculture. Your children will experience cows, chickens, cats and dogs and will enjoy helping to feed and care for the animals. The fresh milk from the farm tastes like it used to, and you can find the products made on-site in the farm shop. Life on the farm is authentic and family-like.
