Description Farm holidays
Fresh mountain air, real cheese, real country life
The Ganahl mountain farm is located at 1,080 m above sea level on the sunny Bartholomäberg in Montafon in Vorarlberg. Up here, where the view stretches far and the silence is truly silent, the Ganahl family lives what others call a vacation.
As an active dairy farm, the Ganahl family processes some of their milk directly on the farm in their on-site cheese dairy to produce a wide variety of cheese and milk specialties. You can take home fresh from the farm what's produced here.
Farm holidays have been a tradition at Ganahl for decades. The two holiday apartments Monteneu (75 m²) and Ittonskopf (80 m²) were freshly renovated in 2023 and each offer two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a private balcony.
At the farm you can expect:
Cows, goats, rabbits, chickens and pigs to pet and observe.
- Participate in haymaking and feeding the animals
- Playground and campfire area
- Hiking, skiing, tobogganing and cross-country skiing right on your doorstep
- Charging station for electric cars and e-bikes
The 4-flower farm is open all year round and is ideal for families, couples and anyone looking for real relaxation.
