High above Lake Stubenberg, on a sunny hilltop with sweeping views of nature, we have created a place where families can enjoy a truly relaxing holiday.

The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
The contract between the accommodation provider and the guest can be unilaterally terminated by either party up to three months before the agreed arrival date. However, no cancellation fee may be charged. For cancellations up to one month before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of three nights' rent is due. This fee must also be paid by the accommodation provider if the cancellation originates from them. Later cancellations require payment of the agreed fee, i.e., the full rental price.

Our animals:

Cows with calves
On our farm, we keep a herd of mother cows with many young calves. The animals are happy and show their friendliness by happily letting people pet them. This creates a warm, friendly atmosphere and demonstrates the good care and trust between humans and animals.

Five horses live on our farm: Nico, Sake, Gino, Asterix, and Obelix. They are especially popular with children. Nico, a cheeky little miniature Shetland pony, often adds extra fun and brings life to the group.
