Description Farm holidays
The property was born in the 2000s from an intuition of Franco, the head of the family who already owned the Agriturismo La Fattoria located a few kilometers away. The idea of creating a "post" for horses, a sort of resting point where guests could go on a horseback ride starting from the hills of Lonato del Garda up to the shores of Desenzano del Garda when it was still allowed to access it on horseback our equine friends. The guests, after this walk, stopped before returning for a refreshment with bread and salami and a good glass of local wine at the Agriturismo Cascina Reciago, which at the time was in fact a "post" or a temporary stop to rest the horses. Over the years the structure has been expanded and completely renovated until the last restyling in February 2020 which led the Agriturismo B&B Cascina Reciago to be the flagship of the La Cavallina Group.
The hospitality we offer goes beyond a simple "bed and breakfast", because here you will find a unique environment made up of people who will make you feel at home by advising you on what to do and visit in the immediate vicinity, along the entire length of Lake Garda and in the beautiful hinterland rich in history and flavours. We will give you information on the secrets of the local cuisine and if necessary we will also be present to solve any small problems that may arise while travelling. We take care of management at a family level without neglecting professionalism, we personally take care of all the phases that make up our customers' holiday: from the welcome, to the hospitality in the beautiful Superior Rooms or in the delightful Lofts, to then continue with the preparation of the breakfasts that we love to serve by describing its characteristics, up to the maintenance of our beautiful structure, its green spaces and the extra services and activities that we offer to our guests. Oh yes... There is so much to do!! But when we do it with love and passion, putting the relaxation and well-being of our guests at the center of our work, everything always takes on a pleasant and fun aspect.
Life between the lake and the countryside has taught us to give value to what we tend to take for granted in the city: the silence, the "noise" of the various species of animals that inhabit the natural park of the morainic hills of Garda in which we are immersed ; the darkness of the night which highlights the brightness of the stars and which offers breathtaking views from our terraces admiring, on the horizon, the lights coming from Lake Garda and its castles; and the scents that the succession of blooms gives each season. Every morning, with our breakfast, we offer our guests the opportunity to taste seasonal foods entirely produced in our company or in the immediate vicinity.

They are equipped with every comfort, including free 4G and 5G WiFi, air conditioning and heating with individual controls and home automation controls, minibar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as sweet and savory snacks and a kettle with main drink and drinks bags in individual cans, 32-inch LCD DVTB2 color TV, desk and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and latest generation hanging sanitary ware. Guests are provided with a double set of pillows with quality linens.
The double rooms are located on the first floor of the B&B and are accessed via a large staircase in the middle of the building's garden.
