Welcome to our idyllic farm "Vordermitterast" in the tranquil Spertental, embedded in the breathtaking backdrop of the Kitzbühel Alps!
Our farmhouse, newly built in 2023, houses two spacious and light-flooded holiday apartments and two cozy studios. Designed with great attention to detail, our accommodations offer the perfect retreat for families, couples or friends who want to experience the beauty of the Tyrolean mountains.
In addition to free Wi-Fi, other amenities such as a ski cellar to safely store your equipment ensure perfect comfort. In addition, our in-house fitness area is available to you so that you can stay active even on vacation.
There is also activity waiting around the farm: whether skiing in winter or hiking and mountain biking in summer – our farm is the ideal starting point for countless outdoor activities.

Overall impression
Tolle moderne und gemütliche Apartments, perfekte Lage, freundliche Gastgeber
Ich war im Februar 2024 mit meiner Frau und zwei Kindern hier zu Gast. Wir haben das Apartment "Schwarzkogel" gebucht, da die Aufteilung für uns perfekt war. Kinder und Eltern jeweils ein eigenes großzügiges Zimmer mit modernem Duschbad und eine gemeinsame Küche mit Esstisch für das gemeinsame Kochen und Essen am Abend. Die Lage ist super, nah zum Lift und tolle Aussicht. Der Stadtkern von Kirchberg ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, bis nach Kitzbühel sind es nur 15 Minuten. Beide Städte toll, wenn man mal auswärts Essen oder bisschen bummeln möchte. Parken vor dem Haus ist kostenlos, perfekt! Kitzski als Skigebiet spricht für sich - kenne kein besseres Skigebiet :) Meine Frau und ich haben Abends gerne die Sauna im Keller genutzt (direkt daneben noch Liegen zum Entspannen und eine Dusche) - auch hier merkt man, dass das Haus neu gebaut ist: Alles ist wirklich sehr schön modern und sauber und hat trotzdem den gemütlichen Tiroler Stil! Sogar ein TV mit Netflix war vorhanden (wie in allen Schlafzimmern und der Küche auch). Neben der Sauna gab es noch einen Fitnessbereich, diesen haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Besonders praktisch ist der beheizte Skikeller! Insgesamt kann ich die Apartments nur empfehlen! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Da im Frühjahr laut Eva und Toni (die Gastgeber, wirklich immer sehr freundlich!) noch ein Pool in den Garten gebaut wird, überlegen wir auch mal immer Sommer wiederzukommen.
