The town of Niederthai lies like on a sunny balcony at 1500 m above sea level, embedded in the Ötztal mountains. Spend your vacation in a family atmosphere, a fantastic location and a wonderful ambience.
Holiday with us at the 4-flower farm, the comfortable and lovingly furnished apartments/holiday flats offer everything you need to feel completely comfortable during your holiday season.
After our ancestors stopped active farming in 1973, we started farming again in 2007. We have now specialized in keeping llamas/alpacas; our herd currently consists of around 74 llamas/alpacas. In addition to the llamas and alpacas, horses, ponies, mini dwarf goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, bees, cats and the dog Zeus live on our farm!

Stuibenfall
The Stuibenfall, the largest waterfall in Tyrol. A path and step construction makes the Stuibenfall experience and walkable up close. Hikers and mountaineers reach the starting point of the waterfall in Niederthai via around 700 steps and an exposed, 80 meter long suspension bridge, past viewing platforms and the roaring masses of water.

Directions
Car: Reschenpass, Brennerpass, Arlberg, Fernpaß, Timmelsjoch (Timmelsjoch is only open from June to October.) In the Ötztal, take the Umhausen/Niederthai exit, 7 km via Niederthaier Str. Pass the church, turn right, continue on the road. After approx. 200 mtr. You will find Reiterhof Alpin Appart on the left side.
