Description Holiday farm

Our holiday farm is in a wonderful, secluded location, right at the foot of the Grünten (1738 m), our local mountain.
Our small town Wagneritz belongs to the municipality of Rettenberg in the Oberallgäu district.

With us you spend a holiday on the farm in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful nature, meadows and forests. There are hiking trails and cross-country ski trails right from the house. The nearest ski area is only 3 km away. Thanks to its central location, all excursion areas in the entire Allgäu can be easily reached.

      LIVING AND EATING
      From the cozy living room with integrated kitchenette you have direct access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a beautiful dining area made of real wood and a comfortable pull-out couch. A flat screen with SAT/TV, a compact stereo system and free WiFi are also available.
      In the spacious hallway you have plenty of storage space for your luggage. From here you can easily access all rooms and have plenty of space for your utensils.
      Kitchen equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, hand mixer, kettle, kitchen scales, baking paper, salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets, filter paper for the coffee machine.
      Sleep in country house style
      SLEEPING IN A COUNTRY HOUSE STYLE
      In the bedroom there is a double bed and a rustic farmhouse cupboard. You have a wonderful view of the Grünten summit straight from bed. There are two single beds in the children's room.

      THE BATHROOM
      The great modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, toilet, vanity with shelves, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer.
      The balcony
      THE BALCONY
      From the large south-facing balcony your view wanders over the Allgäu Alps to the Kleinwalsertal (Widderstein) and the Hörnerkette. Here you have the evening sun for a long time and can enjoy it comfortably with a glass of wine.

      The sloping ceiling in the living and dining area makes the room look very cozy. The large eat-in kitchen has a fully equipped kitchenette, a rustic dining area and a comfortable pull-out couch. A flat screen with SAT/TV, a compact stereo system and free WiFi are also available.

      SLEEP
      The master bedroom is equipped with a modern, large solid wood double bed and a large closet. In the accompanying children's room you will find a bunk bed and a single bed made of solid wood and a wardrobe. You have a great view of the Immenstädter Horn and the midday directly from the window.

      The great modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, toilet, washbasin with shelf, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer and a children's stool.
      THE BALCONY
