Description Holiday farm

We, Stefan and Pia Steurer, are already in the fourth generation to run Alpe Berg in Balderschwang.

Our farm is the perfect starting point for many leisure activities in the great outdoors. In summer, children and adults can watch milking and cheese making and experience the farm live. For all snow lovers, our farm is located directly on the cross-country ski trail and within walking distance of the ski area.

    Directions

    Balderschwang is 1,044 meters above sea level and is therefore the highest and at the same time the smallest independent municipality in Germany. A high valley that was previously only accessible from Austria.
    From the German side, Balderschwang can only be reached via the Riedberg Pass (1400m). If you would rather avoid the winding but idyllic pass road, you can go via the Bregenzerwald in Vorarlberg / Austria. (Don't forget snow chains in winter)
